At Chef Mike Events, we believe that food is an experience that brings people together. Our culinary philosophy focuses on using the freshest ingredients to create unforgettable dishes that delight the senses. 


Chef Mike Events is led by Chef Michael. Chef Michael has been in the professional kitchen for longer than he cares to admit. After serving in the finest kitchens in the country the chef is here to share his expertise to the Charlotte/Matthews NC area. Being a native of the Chicago IL area we specialize in the "Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich" We hope to hear from you soon!
